•Round Die: Thread size: 3/4"-14 NPT; outside diameter (OD): 55mm / 2.2"; Thickness: 24mm / 0.94"; accuracy class: 2A. Made of high speed steel, hardness, high torque, good toughness and toughness for wear-resistance.
•Applications: Can process, correct or clean the external threads. Suitable for general purpose threading in stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, copper, iron, aluminum, plastic, etc.. Great for maintenance and repair work on pipes, boards and machinery.

The bar diameter should be smaller ( about 0.05mm-0.15mm) than the nominal diameter of the required thread. Excessive diameter can easily cause difficult cutting and lead to damage to the die teeth.
