ℹ
Products from the USA may come with an input voltage of 110V–120V, requiring a step-down transformer. Check the device wattage to select the correct power converter.
•1. [ UP TO 54 SPOOL CAPACITY ]: Designed to hold up to 54 standard 1kg filament spools when fully assembled. Most tiers accommodate approximately 5–6 spools. Actual capacity may vary depending on spool width, vacuum-sealed bag valves, boxed packaging, and other filament packaging styles.
•2. [ HIGH-CAPACITY STORAGE WITH A COMPACT FOOTPRINT ]: Provides large-capacity filament storage while using minimal floor space. Overall dimensions are approximately 80.7” H × 16.7” W × 11.8” D (205 × 42.5 × 30 cm), making it suitable for workshops, print farms, classrooms, offices, maker spaces, and home 3D printing setups.
•3. [ MODULAR DESIGN WITH ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT ]: Build the rack to fit your workspace. The modular structure allows users to assemble fewer tiers when a lower height is preferred, creating a storage solution that adapts to different room layouts and accessibility needs.
•4. [ FILAMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ]: More than a filament rack, it functions as a filament organization and inventory management system. Organize spools by material type, color, brand, project, or usage frequency. Many users dedicate upper tiers to backup inventory, middle tiers to everyday materials, and lower tiers to frequently accessed spools. The instruction manual includes printable label files designed by the product designer. The labels support custom text and colors and can be printed by users with multi-color 3D printing setups, such as printers equipped with an AMS, for easier filament identification and organization.
•5. [ COMPATIBLE WITH MOST FILAMENT TYPES ]: Designed primarily for standard 1kg spools and compatible with many 200g, 300g, and 500g spools. Suitable for PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, Nylon, ASA, PC, and most common 3D printing materials.
•6. [ TOOL-FREE ASSEMBLY ]: The modular tube-and-connector design requires no tools. Simply follow the included instructions and fully insert each tube into the connector during assembly. Proper installation helps achieve the intended fit and performance of the storage system.
•7. [ ANTI-TIP ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ]: For improved stability, install the included anti-tip accessories during assembly and position the rack against a wall. Proper installation and wall placement help provide additional support for everyday filament storage.
•8. [ DESIGNED FOR STATIONARY STORAGE ]:This rack is intended for stationary filament storage and organization. Before moving, repositioning, or transporting the rack, remove all filament spools and stored items. Moving a fully loaded rack is not recommended.
•9. [ CARBON STEEL TUBES & REINFORCED CONNECTORS ]: Constructed with carbon steel tubes and reinforced PP connectors. Each tier is tested to support up to 30 lb (13.6 kg) when properly assembled and used as intended for filament storage.
•10. [ 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ]: Backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty for added peace of mind. If you experience a product defect under normal use, our support team is ready to help.
