Role : Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising, Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels, Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Role : MUST have prior customer service experience relating to eCommerce and technical issues, Customer Support via email, telephone & chat, Order management, processing and light inventory management and Various Miscellaneous duties.
Role : 3-5+ years of E-commerce experience, Experience in E-commerce Amazon and Channel Advisor platform administrative tools (Other marketplaces are a Plus), Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors & Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes.
