Crafted from CNC machined 4.2" solid aluminum, the insert plate boasts exceptional flatness. It incorporates 10 set screws for precise leveling adjustments. Additionally, the inclusion of 3 locking cam wheels eliminates any gaps in the router table opening, guaranteeing consistent mounting position during every installation.
With a height adjustability range of 3 inches, this router lift allows you to effortlessly change router bits without the need to remove the router from the carriage, saving you time and effort.
The height of the router bit by +- 1/16" which is the distance change of a thread.There are 32 angle scale lines on the Micro-Adjustment Dial. The height adjustment by turning 1 scale (1/32 of a full turn) is 1/512".Additionally, the height screw locking device prevents any minimal movement caused by router vibrations, ensuring consistent cutting depth throughout your work.
