Extended Warranty : OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Warranty extended, as it is. In other words, this extension of warranty will cover everything that was covered by the OEM in the 1st year and will come into effect once the OEM warranty expires. Exclusions: Excludes all accessories and consumables like chargers, batteries, wiring, plastic parts, and so on. Excludes any malfunction or issue due to damage (Physical,Liquid, Fire, etc) Theft, loss of Device/Spares also not included in cover.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Your Device will be fixed (by Brand authorised service centres) within a reasonable time frame. If the gadget is totaled or is not repairable, the reimbursement amount (net of depreciation) will be paid. CLAIMS - NO EXTRA CHARGES, 100% CASHLESS, MULTIPLE REPAIRS (UPTO DEVICE VALUE), ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS (FROM AUTHORIZED BRAND SERVICE CENTER) USED FOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT. Coverage amount cannot exceed Device’s invoice value.
The plan can be purchased on the same day of purchase OR within 90 days from the purchase of the Device/Machine. Same day purchase of Protection Plan: No additional pictures of Device required. Purchase of Protection Plans between 2 - 90 days - Complete video of the Device along with a screenshot of IMEI Number (*#06#) is required. This feature is required to ensure Zero Fraudulent Cases.
