How to Switch ON your C115TWS and pair with your mobile device?

Open the C115TWS case & remove the Right earbud. The C115TWS case will show a blue blinking light indicating the device is ON & ready to pair. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile & you should see the C115TWS on screen, ready to pair with your device.

How does the left earbud pair with my mobile device?

Once the right earbud is paired with the mobile device, your left earbud will automatically get connected.

How to ensure the earbuds fit comfortably?

The product comes with 3 different sizes of ear tips. Choose the right sized ear tip that fits in your ear and makes you feel comfortable. Once the buds are placed in your ear canal, twist the top of the earbud to ensure firm seating within the ear.

How to activate Voice Assistance on my Mobile device ?

Pair your C115TWS to your mobile & if using in Stereo mode, double tap the Right earbud to activate the Voice assistance of your phone. While using Mono mode, follow the same process. The relevant Voice assistance in your phone would be ready to use.
