HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your jaw muscles (masseter) and surrounding facial muscles are like any other muscles in your body. In order to produce growth, they need stimulation by being placed under stress. INSTRUCTIONS:
【STEP 1】Place tablets on the left and right sides of your back molars.
【STEP 2】Bite down on the tablets firmly and continue chewing for 2 minutes until you have completed 1 set.
【STEP 3】Rest for 1 minute.
【STEP 4】Repeat until you have completed 5 total sets.
