Small sensor can detect horizontal tilt, vertical flip, shock and vibration. It is formed by two contacts and two small metal spheres. When the sensor is in a horizontal position, the spheres connect contacts between them (ON-state), closing the circuit, when it is tilted more than 15° the contacts open (OFF-state). It is widely used in toys, small appliances, and anti-theft detection systems but also in smart-car and robot-car.
