BARC licensed & ISO 9001:2015 certified TFC Dry NF (Nano filtration) Membrane 100 GPD, pore size 0.0015 μ, service life up to 20000 liters/18 months, reduces TDS 20% (± 5%), flux rate around 32 ltrs per hour, eliminates all the impurities like arsenic, virus/bacteria/germs, pesticides, herbicides, chlorine, fluoride, bromide, cyanide, lead etc. & flushes them through rejected water. Removes smell of chlorine/bleaching etc from supply water completely.
Purification stages – 1) Pre filter 2) Sediment filter 3) block carbon 1000 I V carbon cartridge 4) NF (Nanofiltration) Membrane 100 GPD 5) AAA Filter – enhance pH of drinking water up pH 3.5 and adds essential minerals up to 90 ppm in full. Used with regulator to regulate the pH value of drinking water between pH 7.5 to pH 8. And 6) Activated Post carbon made from coconut shell removes odor, smell, sweeten drinking water and inhibits the growth of bacteria

The water purifier comes with one year warranty for electrical goods and 6 months for inline cartridges. The Installation cost is separate (cost may vary between Rs. 500/- to Rs. 700/- depending upon distance from city centre). Users are requested to go through user manual for the maintenance of the water purifier. We provide PAN India Installation service in working days.
As per WHO, BIS & EPA, TDS in drinking water up to 300 PPM remain in excellent conditions. 50 ppm to 100 ppm is permissible, 100 ppm to 150 ppm is preferable range & 150 ppm to 260 ppm is ideal & best mineral range in drinking water. From 150 ppm to 260 ppm range is known as mineral water. RO or normal bottle packed water user may feel little hard water taste due to more TDS but medically healthy.
Contaminants molecule size remain greater than 0.01 microns, germs size from 0.027 microns to 5 microns, water molecule size is 0.000283 microns, dissolve compositions of mineral molecule size remain less than 0.0009 microns, but all NF Membrane pore sizes are 0.0015, 0.0010, 0.0005, 0.0002 microns & RO membrane pore size is 0.0001 microns, therefore the NF Membrane & Ro membrane does the job far better than the UV and TDS controller system.

Polypropylene is resistant to bacteria. The filter captures suspended matter such as sand, silt, loose scale, clay and organic material from the water and supplies clean water to carbon block filter and membrane Stage 3) Activated Carbon Block filter made from compressed carbon of 1000 IV, having high absorption rate of impurities like chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, toxicity, smell and other harmful chemicals and then supplies chlorine free water to membrane Stage 4) NF20 membrane: TFC dry 100 gpd, pore size is 0.0015 μ, reduces TDS 20% (± 5%), flux rate around 33 litres/hr and water wastage is around 40% only, suitable for input water tds up to 200 ppm. Please note water molecule size is 0.000283 micron, water born bacteria/germs/viruses sizes remain between 0.027 micron to 5 micron & NF20 membrane pore size is 0.0015 micron which is very much smaller than germs/viruses. In our technology 100% water passes through membrane that gives hygiene, healthy and mineral enriched drinking water. Stage 5) AAA Filter -> (Antibacterial, Alkaline & Antioxidant) is use to enhance pH (alkaline) up to pH 2.5 & adds little minerals in drinking water. We use regulator to regulate pH value of drinking water. Recommended ideal drinking water mineral is 100 ppm to 260 ppm and pH between 7.2 to pH 8.5. Stage 6) Activated Post Carbon (Coconut Shell): Coconut is antibacterial agent and therefore inhibits the bacterial growth, removes odor, smell and sweeten the drinking water taste.
