Product Details
[EL3 for Switch Pro Controller] – 4x replacement analog joystick work with Nintendo Switch Pro and some PS3 controllers. The thumbstick module was made by ALPS. This RKJXV stick controller series comes with 10KΩ trimmer potentiometers
[Compatibility] – This version of analog stick comes in dark gray bottom plate with two plastic sticks inserting in the PCB. It locks in 3 directions when not sit in controller cover. The trim pot resistors can be in green or black. It is widely used in Switch Pro controller. Some reported it is also used in 8Bitdo SNES controllers
[4x Additional Drift Fix PCB] – Several factors cause joystick drifting a common issue. Even new joysticks can drift. The potentiometer was born without precision. Wear to the carbon film, spring fatigue and material stretching made it not centered. Dust, moisture and drop make it worse. We packed 4x PCB to fix the problem of drifting in one direction. Simply adjust the variable resistor to eliminate the drifting
[When to replace] – The analog joystick needs to be replaced when your controller has the problem of drifting, creeping, stuttering, a blind spot, a dead spot, a dead zone, no reaction when clicking, or it wouldn't center after years of wear and tear. The OEM genuine repair parts ensure accuracy and prolong lifespan
[Reminder of DIY] – With as many as 14 prongs, de-soldering and soldering the whole module takes serious skills. We suggest replacing the potentiometers first to solve most of the joystick problems. If you plan to take off the entire joystick module off PCB, we suggest two methods: 1.Take a look at the desoldering kit at product ID: B0BK7169M8. 2.or you can cut the 14 prongs one by one with a wire cutter

✔ Replace the wiper alone even without soldering
In some cases, you can just replace the wheel in the potentiometer to solve specific problems like: Stuttering, dead zone, creeping, or not as responsive as it should be
✔ Replace the potentiometer alone with an iron
80% chances of joystick problem are caused by the sensor. In another words, the rotary mechanism and the tactile switches are not the problem. De-soldering the unit with only 3Pin can be easier than replacing the entire module with as many as 14 prongs
✔ A heat gun to replace the whole module
This is the most suggested for an experienced soldering expert
✔ Experts with a normal iron to replace the whole unit
For a soldering expert with no professional de-soldering wick braid, solder sucker pump or hot air rework station at hand. To make it easy, we suggest crushing the problem joystick into small enough pieces with a pair of pliers
✔ By professional technicians in a cellphone repair shop
Suggested for someone with no handy tools
