Usage: For external use only. Do a patch test on the wrist to ensure the oil is not too warm, and massage Pinda Thailam on the affected areas. Take the required amount of Kerala Ayurveda Pinda Thailam in a bowl. Sit comfortably on a non-slippery surface, and gently apply over heels or any affected areas.
Massage gently in slow, circular motions and let your skin absorb the ruby-red goodness of Pinda Thailam. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. Wash off with warm water and pat dry. For best results, warm the oil and apply.
Note: Kerala Ayurveda Pinda Thailam is made with unrefined natural beeswax and may become solid at a cool temperature. To use, gently churn the bottle between your palms to loosen the oil. Take the required amount of oil into a bowl and warm it by placing it in warm water for a few minutes.
