Product Operating Information

Xmate Gusto has three modes of function and usage

1. Single left earbud only 2. Single right earbud only 3. Left and Right earbud as a pair together

* Double-tap the earbud to make it visible to your phone

* BT Device name on phone is the same for individual earbuds and for both earbuds used as a pair. In all modes the name is shown as “Xmate Gusto”

* For each mode, connect separately to a different BT device listing on your phone

* To use as a pair: If paired with single bud previously, first "unpair" individual buds connected to phone. With both earbuds out of the case, search for “Xmate Gusto” in new Bluetooth devices and pair again

FAQs

1: My phone is not detecting the earphones

Cause & Solution: Double tap on each earbud to be detected by the phone and to match with each other

2: One earbud disconnected and not pairing

Cause 1 & Solution: Clear earlier pairing on the phone. Leave the other bud in charging case. Search again for the single earbud. Double tap on single earbud and the name (Xmate Gusto) will show in BT search on your phone.

Cause 2 & Solution: If the previously paired was right earbud, then left earbud alone will not pair. Clear the earlier pairing on the phone. Search again for the single earbud and pair

Cause 3 & Solution: After unpairing with the phone, always double tap on the earbuds to make it visible to the phone and connect.

Quick Reference Manual

Step 1: Turn ON Earbuds.

Take out the earbuds from the charging box, they will be automatically turned ON. Otherwise press & hold both the earbuds for 3 sec to power ON. Once switched ON, blue light will flash.

Step 2: Matching Left & Right Earbuds. (for using both earbuds together)

After it is powered ON, you will see the Red light flashing on both earbuds. You then need to Double tap on both.

Step 3: Connect to your Phone

Search for “Xmate Gusto” on phone to connect both earbuds. If the phone does not detect Xmate Gusto, double-tap on the earbuds to make it visible to the phone and connect.
