The RPi-ADS1115-ADC module is a precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADS1115 is a chip that provides 16-bit sampling accuracy in an ultra-small MSOP-10 package.
The data is transmitted through the I2C-compatible serial interface. It has 4 I2C addresses to choose from, and the working power supply only needs 3.3V.Its main function is to detect analog signals and convert them into digital signals.
You can use the analog signal's joystick or other analog sensors such as NTC, temperature, and dust sensors to access the Raspberry Pi through the RPi-ADS1115-ADC module to capture analog signals through the Raspberry Pi reading device.

What is better, it is so much cheaper than an HDMI to VGA adapter.This VGA connection is driven natively in hardware over the GPIO pins using a parallel interface and it takes around the same CPU load as the HDMI connection on board.
