This product is a Phimosis stretcher rings kit for individuals who have Phimosis. This unit has 20 rings with different diameters starting from 3 mms to 38 mms. Use the appropriate ring size to start based on your phimotic band diameter. The kit also includes 100% Organic coconut oil, stretcher and an Instruction manual. Make sure to use Coconut oil as lubricant before using the rings. Make sure the ring is not too tight. Putting the ring on and taking it off is quite intuitive and you should be easily able to figure it out with a few tries. All the ring sizes are labelled which would help you track your progress. If you are new to using a ring size, then 30 minutes daily is an adequate amount of time to wear the rings initially. You can choose to wear the rings for longer periods as you get more comfortable with that ring size. Do not move to the next ring size until your current ring becomes loose. You will know that your current ring has loosened up enough once it starts falling off by itself. Once the ring starts falling off by itself consistently then that's an indicator that you should now go for the next higher sized ring and continue the same process as before. You should also wash the ring before using it next time. In case of excessive pain you can discontinue for some time and try wearing comfortable size for short duration after pain subsides.
