Product Description
MITTI MAGIC’S - EARTHEN BLACK UTENSILS USAGE GUIDE BEFORE STARTING TO USE THE VESSEL FOR COOKING (SEASONING IS REQUIRED) Day 1 - Soak the Vessel into water for 4 - 6 hours –then allow the vessel to dry till evening & then apply oil. Day 2 - Morning apply any good edible oil inside of the vessel thoroughly & keep it aside for 24 hours. DAY 3 – Cooking has to be started on 3rd day using little more oil or ghee as the first (ingredient). HEATING TIPS: Always Cook on LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME ONLY, as high flame is not recommended & not required for earthen products ( In olden days open air cooking was done outside the homes and natural air used to balance the level of flame/heat and today we all are in closed kitchen, so up to medium flame is sufficient).
