The return option should be used for defective merchandise. If the buyer chooses to send an item back due to buyer remorse or just because, we will still refund the buyer minus a 15% restocking fee. Also, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping unless the buyer is able to show damage upon delivery or we are made aware of the defective item within the first week of delivery. The reasons for this strict policy is we post large pictures, so the buyer can see vividly what they are buying and we post an abundance of details. The buyer should read well the details, sizes, and colors of the item.
