Note: The charging dock is only suitable for Oculus Meta Quest 3, please confirm your console model first.
•Headstrap Using Tip:Our quest 3 charging station is suit for original softband and elite headstrap(no battery), quest 3 can be charged directly by placing it on. For the third-party headstrap, there may be balance issues that affect the charging effect. Recommend to 𝒂𝒅𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒑 𝒖𝒑𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒌𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 or use an 𝒂𝒖𝒙𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒇𝒇 under the headband to adjust the balance.
•Controller Charging Dock:The battery is a NI-MH battery which jhas a low voltage (about 1.2V) . It cannot reach the voltage value detected by the VR system.When the indicator turns green to show fully charged, the VR system may shows only 𝟖𝟎% charged. However, controller is fully charged, 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒚 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒆. 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅for normal use.
•Fast Charging: The Oculus Quest 3 charging station comes with a 45W charging adapter. It takes only 2h to fully charge the VR headset and 3h to fully charge the controller. Our dock charges about 1h faster than other docks. It has indicators for clear charging status (orange for charging, green for fully charged). Tips: When the battery reaches 𝟖𝟎%, overshoot protection is turned on and the indicator light turns green. The current weakens and it takes about 30 minutes to charge to 100%.
•Safe & Stable Charging: Our Quest 3 charging dock features multiple protections to shield your devices from overheating, overcharging, overvoltage, and short circuits. Whenever there is a circuit problem, the light turns into an orange double flash to warn. If this happens, feel free to contact us for advice, please do not disassemble it. Note: Charging the controllers needs to replace the included battery covers and batteries. Align holes of the cover with the magnetic point to start charging.
