NOTE: if there is severe damage, sheen is too low, you may need abrasives first to bring shine up to prepare for polish first

If the finish is too low, too dull, honed, lower shine, too matt finished, scratches or any damage too deep, polish is a final step. It should be tinted to match any color, making it ideal for darker granites when tinted before polishing.
