Products from the USA may come with an input voltage of 110V–120V, requiring a step-down transformer. Check the device wattage to select the correct power converter.
•Complete Environmental Splice Kit: Includes 100 sets of 20–16 AWG environmental butt splice connectors with PVDF and PE heat shrink tubes, 1 ACT-232 butt splice crimper, and 1 G4111 Go No Go Gauge, providing a complete solution for reliable electrical installation, wiring harness repair, and aviation wiring maintenance.
•Thick Wall Bare Copper Seamless Butt Splice Connectors: Made from 99.9% pure copper with matte tin plating, these connectors provide excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The seamless thick-wall barrel ensures secure crimps, while chamfered ends allow smooth wire insertion. An inspection window enables quick wiring verification, and color bands match crimp tool cavities for accurate installation.
•ACT-232 Butt Splice Crimper (M22520/37-1 Equivalent): The JRready ACT-232 environmental splice crimper is a precision butt splice crimp tool comparable to the AD1377 crimper. Designed for crimping AS81824 aviation splice connectors, it is ideal for aviation wiring and aircraft wiring repair. The G4111 Go No Go Gauge checks tool selector accuracy.
•IP68 Heat Shrink Environmental Sealing: Designed to create an IP68 waterproof environmental seal for reliable splice protection. Includes high-temperature PVDF sleeves (-55°C to 150°C / -67°F to 302°F) suitable for cable jackets up to 135°C, and PE sleeves (-55°C to 125°C / -67°F to 257°F) for cable jackets up to 80°C.
•Designed for Demanding Wiring Environments: Ideal for automotive wiring repair, trailer wiring, marine electrical systems, aviation wiring, and aircraft harness maintenance. Environmental sealed splices help protect connections from moisture, vibration, and corrosion, making them suitable for harsh service conditions.
