•This is a infrared remote controller. It is tested in the factory it is produced in and again at our facility in California. Alpine has discontinued the original remote in hopes that people upgrade their stereos.
•Each package contains 1 Remote Control. Batteries are not included. Upon adding 2 AAA batteries, it is point and click. No programming necessary. If there is an issue, we offer American tech support to troubleshoot issues.
