•FULL TO QUEEN CONVERSION KIT: Aligns a Full headboard with a compatible Queen metal bed frame, or the reverse. It adjusts headboard mounting points only and does not change the mattress support area.
•0–4 IN ADJUSTMENT PER SIDE: Slotted headboard adapter brackets move mounting points inward or outward for measured alignment. Check the required offset on both sides before ordering.
•BOLT-ON HEADBOARD ADAPTER KIT: Uses existing bolt-on mounting holes on compatible metal bed frames. Compare the plate dimensions, frame hole pattern, construction, and fastener needs before installation.
•BLACK ALLOY STEEL PLATES: Two modification plates for headboards connect behind the bed. Offset slots support horizontal alignment when the original mounting points do not line up.
