•Curcuma zedoaria is commonly known as White turmeric in English; kichili kilangu in Tamil
•Take a tbsp of gram flour (besan) in a bowl. Add in a tbsp of white turmeric powder to it. Finally, add a sufficient amount of rice water to it and mix well.
