This is a brand new and sealed Gray Apple iPod Touch (5th Generation) with 32GB capacity.
The part number is ME978LL/A. The model number is A1421.
It will have iOS 8 installed!
The seal has a few bubbles under it with specs of dust. We don't believe it has been removed though. You will receive the exact one pictured.

NOTE* - This device has been in the box since being factory sealed.
There is a chance that the battery has gone bad from sitting and
not being charged for so long. It may need a new battery.
Signs of this problem are continually rebooting while attempting to
power on for the first time.
